Partner Marketing Manager
Joining Collibra’s Global Partner Marketing team
- Collibra is looking for an experienced partner marketing manager to co-develop and manage joint marketing plans with a defined set of Strategic and EMEA Regional Partners
- The person will have a proven track record of successful B2B and B2C marketing activities, work collaboratively with Partners, the EMEA Partner team, Global Events, Field Marketers, Customer Marketing, Content & Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to develop and execute joint partner marketing plans
- As a member of the Global Partner Marketing team, you will be part of a growing and evolving function of the Collibra marketing organization where your actions can have immediate and long-term impact on our business goals.

Partner Marketing Managers at Collibra are responsible for:
- Work with partner teams to design and implement effective joint marketing plans and campaigns for a focused set of strategic and regional EMEA partners to promote lead generation and accelerate pipeline.
- Manage all aspects of marketing, including marketing plan development, managing a marketing budget, executing webinars, trade shows and events, creating promotions, case studies and co-branded collateral that align with partner revenue goals.
- Foster positive and productive relationships across matrixed organizations with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in, gain feedback, and manage expectations toward identified outcomes and goals
- Engage the partner ecosystem with effective communications, social media, community resources, partner-facing webinars and events
- Evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements.
You have:
- 7+ years experience in field and/or partner marketing with a proven track record
- Ability to develop, manage, and achieve strategic marketing goals working across EMEA and global, multi-functional organizations
- Experience in setting strategy and overseeing the execution of effective marketing programs
- A broad strategic marketing skill set that enables you to understand, add value to, and develop creative marketing strategies
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

Director, Field Marketing
Joining Collibra’s Field Marketing team:
Collibra is looking for a results-driven leader with a growth mindset to lead our Field Marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, the Director of Field Marketing will drive the strategy for field marketing by deploying the right mix of marketing programs to reach, educate, nurture and convert our target audiences driving high-quality leads that convert to new customers.
This position is accountable for delivering on pipeline targets in partnership with the GTM team across all regions.

Directors, Field Marketing at Collibra are responsible for:
- Be a results-driven marketer with a growth mindset. Utilize your deep understanding of marketing tactics and performance measurements to optimize the global Field Marketing execution strategy to achieve GTM goals.
- Localize and integrate corporate marketing campaigns for regional demand generation deployment. In partnership with other marketing teams, activate a variety of channels such as digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events and partners to drive SALs.
- Track, analyze and leverage emerging marketing tactics and drive innovative end-to-end lifecycle programs that deliver leads, unlock the middle of the funnel and accelerate pipeline. Continually drive conversion rate optimization. Ensure that marketing performance and impact inform your go-forward strategy.
- Lead a team of global high-performing field marketers and be a trusted partner to the regional sales leadership team by understanding and supporting the needs of each region through careful and calculated planning of marketing tactics and programs that accelerate deal velocity.
- Drive effective communication with and through your team to multiple stakeholders, including executives, sales, corporate and regional teams. Participate in the regional pipeline and business reviews.
You have:
- Proven experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS company; with expertise leading a global field marketing organization at scale (EMEA, APAC)
- Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns, targeting enterprise size companies.
- Big picture thinking, and meticulous attention to details – ability to quickly understand overall business objectives, create a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
- Versed in G-Suite, Marketing Automation and CRM systems such as Marketo, Demandbase and Salesforce.com, as well as other office productivity and collaboration tools
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

Customer Support Engineer
Joining Collibra’s Customer Support team
- Collibra seeks to expand our Support Engineering team with the addition of a Technical Support Engineer to support the company’s growth.
- Collibra’s Technical Support Engineers provide support that increases Collibra’s credibility as an organization with world-class personnel and processes that can be relied upon as customers increase their product usage.
Customer Support Engineers at Collibra are responsible for:
- Managing all communication with customers and partners required to resolve support tickets.
- Resolving support tickets within the limits of contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Coordinating and tracking the escalation of tickets.
- Maintaining a record of all communication and actions in ZenDesk.
- Contributing frequently answered questions to the Collibra knowledge base.
You have:
- You have 3-5 years in a customer facing role, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Experience troubleshooting web-based applications
- Must have: SQL Database knowledge, Kubernetes or containers
- Experience with Java and REST API is a plus
- Working knowledge of SSL, SSO, and LDAP is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent related working experience is required

- Within your sixth month, you will handle a steady flow of standard support cases, contribute to our customer-facing knowledge base, and be able to handle urgent, product down support issues.
